Shipping & Delivery

1. Who delivers

Orders are picked up from the merchant and delivered by our delivery partners. Depending on where you are, we use one of two modes:

• Same-city quick delivery: for nearby merchants, delivered by bike, auto or mini-truck depending on the size and weight of the order.
• Nationwide courier: for merchants who ship across India (the Pan-India category), sent by courier.

2. What delivery costs

The delivery fee is never a flat or guessed number. At checkout we ask our delivery partner for a live quote for your pincode and your order's weight and size, and show you the exact fee before you pay. If an item cannot be delivered to your pincode, checkout tells you and you are not charged.

Your total at checkout lists the item price, any taxes, Delivery & Handling (the delivery fee plus handling of 5% of the items) and any platform fee as separate lines, so you always see what you are paying for.

3. How long it takes

• Food and nearby shopping: the merchant prepares your order and it is dispatched straight away. We show the expected time on your order page once it is accepted.
• Nationwide courier orders: the courier estimate for your pincode is shown when you order; it is typically 3 to 7 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic and courier delays can add time.

4. Tracking

After you order, your order page shows each stage: accepted, ready for pickup, picked up, in transit and delivered.

5. Delivery problems

If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to support@me2us4u.com with your order ID. Our Cancellations & Refunds policy explains what happens if we cannot reach you.

6. Shops that deliver themselves

Some shops on a Babuki plan deliver orders themselves or offer pickup from the counter. Checkout shows this before you pay, and your order page shows its progress. Service businesses arrange their own visits; confirm timing with them directly.
