When do I pay?+
Right after you choose a service. It is prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery, and the receiver pays nothing.
How fast is it?+
Same-city riders usually collect within the hour and deliver the same day. Couriers take from one day to a few days, depending on the distance and whether it goes by air or road.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, before the courier picks it up. There is no refund once you have paid — we tell you this before you pay.
How do I track it?+
As soon as it is booked you get a tracking number, and the parcel page shows every update.
